The Unusual Man I came across this and wonder if any of you know who this man was, or anything about him.
I hope he had a happy life. I like the picture of him with his banjo.
Ouch. It looks like he was employed, at least, which suggest he wasn't absolutely ruined by his disease. And he is standing in several photos, looking relatively hale in terms of his complexion and build. He appears to be smiling a bit in the banjo photo. He clearly knew some happiness.
