Greetings! I just wanted to say hello →[More:]and introduce myself to the crew here, as I (perhaps rudely) invited myself to the upcoming meet @ VABeach not realizing that a) it wasn't necessarily a MeFi meet, and b) that no one here really knows who the hell I am. So here's who I am!

- I'm herrdoktor on MeFi, and used to be somewhat active before going on hiatus.
- I used to snore REAL BAD and had obstructive sleep apnea, but got surgery, and now can breathe through my nose and have dreams nearly every single night where before I had none.
- Presently, I'm super excited about doing laundry in the very near future because I just bought a new washer/dryer combo to replace a set from the '60s that conveyed with this place.
- Earwax disgusts me more than poop, puke, necrotic tissue and any baby's projectile vomitus.
- I have a blog. Link's in my profile. I only mention it cuz I didn't wanna show up to this meet and have everyone think, "who the hell is this guy? Why is he breathing so easily, and why are his clothes and ears so damn clean?"

Naw, but seriously, I've been an avid reader of MeFi for a long time, and am excited at the chance to meet some of you folks. Considering the beach is minutes away, I couldn't resist signing up after I'd read the link on MetaTalk! Looking forward to saying hell on Friday.
