I Watch Very Little TV But with all of the critical buzz happening around Pushing Daisies,→[More:] I watched it last night.

My reaction is a little "meh." I can't understand what all the fuss is about.

Anyone else watch it and have any kind of reaction?

A lot of people on the theatre boards watched it (to see Kristin Chenowith) and they had the same reaction.

Ah it's described as "quirky", which is the 00s version of madcap or zany or wacky, but without the laugh track.

Chenowith has a thankless part. Hopefully, she'll develop her character in ways other than "annoying."

I just can't bring myself to watch. Every time I hear the title, that damn Ween song starts running through my head again.
