Dunno about any of the others, but I've seen a few episodes of Burn Notice, and while it's not exactly a masterpiece, I find it enjoyable. It has Bruce Campbell in a supporting role. The main character is a CIA field agent who has been disowned by the agency without explanation. He is left without funds or support, and lands in Miami to try to figure out who ordered him cut off and why, all the while paying the bills by taking on odd jobs. Some of it is actually quite funny (I think, YMMV.)
My wife watches the Closer and I sort of half pay attention. It seems well acted but I've never actually focused on it enough to say if the plots are any good. But that says more about my ADD than the quality of the show.
When I first read that list I thought Saving Grace was that comedy from the 90's with Brett Butler (?? - blonde woman, kinda manish?), so I was a bit surprised to see it there. FWIW, I have never seen, or heard of, any of these shows.
