That is so true, miss lynnster.

Brett was charming and funny without being dopey. No airheadedness. No cutesy neurosis. Just a sharp wit who could hold her own with the men. I always loved her for that.

(Tangentially, I've also always loved the character of Sally on The Dick Van Dyke show. I don't think we've seen anyone like her until Liz Lemon on 30 Rock.)
