My new favorite shot They are so tasty that when I have one, I don't slam it back like you're supposed to with shots... I like to savor them. I am thinking about making these as mixed drinks at home.
Try a key lime pie martini. :) SO good.

I would have suspected the lime juice would curdle the milk. Perhaps if it was diluted with liquors first before adding the milk...

If you like that, try a rattlesnake-- a layered shot with roughly equal proportions of Bailey's, Creme de Cacao, and Kahlua.

Via - I tried the key lime pie martini lasr friday and this mix is so much better, I think. I could taste too much of the bailey's in the martini.

Mischef - The milk does go in last.

Bailey's in a Key Lime Martini?!!! Ick.

You make a key lime martini with Licor 43, Rose's, vanilla vodka, splash heavy cream, and a lime twist rolled in graham cracker crumbs.

I make a mean chocolate orange martini, too. Stoli Oranj, Godiva dark chocolate liquor, Bailey's, splash Kahlua, splash triple sec, garnish with an orange twist. It's tasty and lethal.
