Anyone got a spare 3 to 5 million on hand?
No?
Oh, well, just passing on links i've been sent by someone who's birthday i'll now nevar forget.

And how are you?

I am well. And you?

i was very angry at stupid 20somethings and less earlier but i had a snootful and that remedied it pretty quickly. It's already worn off, though.
i am searching out travel options. i am thinking Wisconsin soonish and am happy to entertain anyone with ideas.
i need to feed my soul, and possibly others.
On as meager a means as possible.

I'd like to do something for halloween, enough so i'd make an elaborate costume.

Well you are more ambitious than I. I have no plans for Wisconsin or halloween.

i'm not really looking. So much for ambition.

There's nothing they can do with it. They are using energy to get energy back, but they get back far less energy than they put in.

I just hope John Kanzius doesn't set all the oceans on fire with his dangerous experiments. Because that would likely set the atmosphere ablaze, and HELLO, GLOBAL WARMING!!!

Someone could still do something with it, tomble, and the fire from water thing is nifty as an idea made actual. It's not like i said energy crisis over.
New ideas and niftiness do create an energy all their own.
Like that little spark of hope, whether it catches anything else on fire or not...

Anyway, spreading links for someone who's birthday lives in infamy is enough for me.

paulsc: No kidding! When he was talking about how prevalent salt water was, I was thinking, "Great, just one small mistake near the ocean, and there goes earth!".

He also says that it's better than burning fossil fuels, which is true from the pollution aspect, but the oceans aren't actually limitless. This doesn't sound to me like a renewable resource. Although we would be given a lot more time to figure something else out, once we stopped burning dinosaurs.
