SH, did you see rainbaby's message (on league board) about adding a trading deadline? I'd like to 3rd it. Also, IMO, managers should not be allowed to add/drop players while games are going on. If a player gets hurt during a game, the first manager to come along shouldn't be allowed to pick up his replacement. Instead all players should be put on waivers from kickoff Sunday until Wednesday morning so everybody has an opportunity to pick up replacepements. (I think Yahoo supports this option.)

In my last two seasons playing FF, it always seemed like if I had a great game, my opponent would have an even greater game. Or if I had a shitty game, my opponent would have a slightly less shitty game. It was so damn frustrating - I came in last two years in a row!!! So I swore up and down that I wouldn't play this year. I managed to stay away from my regular league, but got sucked in by some work people that needed one more owner.

So far, so good though. Despite making some poor management decisions (like sitting Plaxico Burress for Isaac Bruce) and my RBs not performing very well and/or getting injured, I pulled out a 4 pt win. Whee!

I went in expecting to lose to the ikkyu2's and I did, but I'm actually shocked by how close it was. If Drew Brees would have fared a little better against the Colts I might have had a shot (or if I would have started my backup kicker).

In my other league, I had a good thing going, picking up points on both ends every time Peyton Manning would toss to Reggie Wayne for a touchdown. Unfortunately, Edgerrin James also had a really good game.

I went ahead and set November 30 as the trading deadline. Is that okay with everyone? (I can make it as early as November 2 and as late as November 30)

Oh yeah, and I went 3-1 in my leagues. I thought I was sunk in one where I went against the person who had Manning, but Plaxico Burress and Tony Romo helped me out there - I won by 4 points. : )
