Ask MeCha: Name That Song →[More:]Female singer, vox and handclaps only, syncopated, "dressed in blue"? as maybe a repeated lyric. Any ideas?

Is it the last track on Envy, by Eve's Plum? The lyric's "You'd be pretty in pink". Nope, now I listen to it, it's got guitar and no handclaps, but I'm sharing anyway because it's one of my very favorite unfinished songs. :)
