wow. not only is it (a) august, as black history month is february, but (b) COTTON BALLS.

that's like, the most awesome picture ever. it should be forwarded to executives at walgreen's, with a date stamp on it.

I was so stuck on the cotton balls being odd and not marketed to any specific ethnicity that I totally glossed over the major issues with it (IE what brina said).

I don't love Walgreens or anything, but I do have to mention that context could be mitigating. If they had these signs all over the place, over top all sorts of random products, I can see that it could be basically a simple faux pas by a not-all-that-aware stocking clerk who was commanded to put up a bunch of signs.
