Wing has landed. →[More:]My favorite bad singer arrived in San Francisco over the weekend, her first time in America ever. I've been told she is totally adorable in person, bless her heart. She's doing a cd signing at Medium Rare Music at 6pm today and her concert is at Cafe du Nord tomorrow night (Tickets are $12 if you're interested).

I'm really curious how her show is going to go. I've heard that gay people LOVE her so it may be packed with people who "get" her. I'm hoping it's packed like Leslie Hall's show was. Orrrrr... it could be empty. Or people could show up without knowing who she is and actually expecting talent. All I know is that I'm desperately hoping nobody is mean to her. It kind of scares me a little because she's a bit of a delicate flower. I just hope people treat her nicely, because she deserves it. She's just the most earnest & sweet lady. And I love her singing exactly as it is.
