This Henry Miller thread [More:]has had some interesting discussion, made me a little sad and also very pleased that society has chosen to be more accepting.

Tonight, my daughter decided that we should read Where's Chimpy and I was happy to oblige and to send the author an 'attagirl'.
Yeah I saw that thread. I had nothing to add, but it was a great read.

Yeah, Arthur Miller, not Henry Miller.

One of the ironies is that the sprawling, misbegotten The Misfits is one of my favorite films of its era. It's like the bastard child of the 1950s that the 1950s didn't want to speak of.
