X? More like Y, amirite? via growabrain, I was perusing Wikipedia's "List of Snowclones" when the example of the very last one on the list got up and BIT me!→[More:]
Example: Wendell? More like Wen-DULL, amirite?
And I sincerely disagree with WikiP's assessment that that is a 21st Century Snowclone, since I recall hearing that specific example in Grade School in the 1960s (although the spelling of "amirite" is new)

Huh growabrain linked to my metafilter set at flickr. He spelled Metafilter the flickr-ish way. I didn't know until right now that taz designed his site. She's a whiz.

Growabrain is a cool guy. I had pneumonia last year and I was kicking around my house, utterly unable to do anything at all except sit in a chair panting gently, so I logged on to Amazon's Mechanical Turk to get some work to do. I ended up transcribing an interview someone had done of him, asking his opinion on all kinds of real estate questions, which was a pretty interesting interview. Got paid about $8 for it too.
