Ain't dead, yet :-) But thanks for asking, folks.

The recent flight of capital from private mortgage equity in the U.S. has created a sudden glut of opportunity for me, and I've been grinding my fingers to the bone, making hay while the sun shines, to mix metaphors unduly. It's a nice, high class problem to have. I'll be back in greater length when I've done all I can to exploit the proletariat, with alternative capitalist hedge schemes.

In the meantime, don't take any sub-prime wooden nickels...
