Some of Mozart's operas have Italian libretti, while others are in German (like the Magic Flute).
Mozart didn't write the words to The Marriage of Figaro (the opera which the aria 'Voi Che Sapete' is from). Often composers will only write the music, while the libretto is written by someone else. In this case, the libretto was written by Lorenzo da Pomte, with whom Mozart collaborated for several operas.
It's kind of too bad that there's not much of a market for that style of music anymore. I still rock the Zauberflöte and some Puccini every now and again, but I still think it's pretty rare among members of my generation to do so, and rarer still among the younger generations.
