Portlandians: Is there a bar in town that has beer, WiFi, smoking, and accessible electrical outlets? →[More:]

I feel like drinking and getting out of the office tonight, but I have to work. So I'm thinking that a quiet pub somewhere with my laptop would be ideal (yes, my friday nights are usually this thrilling). I can think of places that have beer, wireless internets and smoking, but none that I can recall seeing accessible outlets at.

Please help me get drunk and still pay the bills. Thank you.

I have no idea because I have never been to Portland, but it reminds me of a tangentially related story:

My darling and I were at a nice restaurant (well, nice for Alaska, with wait staff in black slacks and white button-downs) for a date night and were enjoying our Italian meal when a woman walked past us wearing baggy pajama bottoms and three tanks layered haphazardly.

She found an outlet on the wall across from our table and plugged in her cell phone. She then returned to her table on the other side of the restaurant. We couldn't believe that she would think that sort of thing was fine.

She returned twice to check on the battery's status, both times picking a well-lodged wedgie from her hiney: at least she was wearing underwear. Our waiter spotted it at one point and did a double take, looking around to see to whom it belonged, but he didn't do anything about it.
