My New Deck Which the cats have taken no time to colonize.

I tore out the juniper bush on the corner of the house to do this. So one less bush to trim, one more living space, in the Summer.
That looks awesome, man!

You should link to the actual Flickr pages, though. I'd love to favorite the one of the tree in your yard, but can't do it from the link you used.

but thanks.

Of course, you did put this in to enhance the cat-hood. Right?

There they park: resplendent, on their rightly thrones; pretending to be napping, and hoping to catch you unawares...

Ooh, nice. Gonna grow some twiny vines in that lattice? Moonflowers maybe?

Miko, some wisteria. That is the bare vine in that bed. It is maybe dead, and if so, we'll replace it next spring.

Lovely house... same color as my parents' house. Enjoy the new deck (if you can get the kitties to move over).

Dan, you have to link to the actual page where the image is displayed. It's part of Flickr's terms of service. If you click on the "all sizes" icon above the photo, it will generate a link for you.

I would like to have beers on your deck.

Which the cats have taken no time to colonize.

Well, you did build it for them, didn't you? You even signaled that it was ready for them by placing their chairs on it.

Nicely done, dan. When can we show up for iced tea?

Nice deck - is that Oregon? God, the termites would have a field day with that around here - it's like termite caviar. We had finished the earthworks by a few days only when the little monsters had already started building a nest right in the middle of where our front door will be.
