Last night, I watched my second-favorite comedy show, 'Hannity & Colmes'. The night's topic: exorcism. I see somebody uploaded a small clip to YouTube.
Comedy is tragedy plus time. (Or in this case, distance, I guess.) Get back to me in ten years and hopefully I'll be able to laugh it up with you. As for right now, excuse me while I puke.
Ah, of course. For me, nothing beats the comedy stylings of Mr. Limbaugh. He's quite talented; he has the timing and the delivery down pretty good. The problem is, he uses his comedy powers for evil rather than good.
Since Stephen Colbert's been on, I've wondered if Limbaugh isn't an experimental prototype of the Colbert, kind of a Chuck Yaeger of talk radio. Maybe he had a horrible talk radio accident and doctors had to remove the only part of his brain that remembered that he was simply playing a role. Sure, we're getting into PKD territory here, but it would account quite neatly for what I hear on the radio. But really, who knows?
