Not the strongest tasting of mushrooms, but good fun to cook with, and look at!

A friend has given me a quarter of one from his farm, which I am enjoying.

Ah, puffballs, I love 'em, but I haven't seen any this year. Fungi have always impressed me for some reason. I used to want to be a mycologist when I was a kid. Maybe it should be a new hobby of mine.
