Weighed a few minutes ago, have not done that in a while. 198. Was 229 in January. I didn't think I had put on THAT much weight. Gah.
Amazing what avoiding junk food (especially soda) can do.

Last year I ate dinner at home about twice as much as I had the year before and not only did I eat better food, but I spent less money and lost 15 pounds!
SODA IS EVIL! No, seriously, drinking sweet stuff (diet soda might be zero calories but is sweet) with dinner makes your brain signal "yummy have more food" to you and you'll end up eating much more than if you had simply had some water. Never drink soda's of any kind with dinner.
