That's what's known as an RPP (Rocket Propelled Puppy). Launched with the M16- or M4-mounted single-shot M203 grenade launcher, the RPP is effective when deployed against both young and old; demoralized enemies have been known to throw down their weapons and cuddle with an RPP, virtually eliminating resistance in even the most hardened bunkers.
