I saw a (British?) movie trailer somewhere on line within the last year about a young boy whose birthday (or some other big and special day for him) falls on the same day as (possibly) the World Cup (or some other big sporting event) and no one will come to his event/party because of the game.

Could anyone tell me the name of this film, please?
