It took me a while to get into Music From Big Pink, but it's worth it. Not as strong as the awesome eponymous album that followed it, but it does have some absolute classics on it, including this track.

I grew up with those tunes too. My parents played everything The Band did over and over again when I was growing up, so I know just about every note of every song and they all make me sentimental and happy -- plus it's wonderful music on its own merits. Killer combination.
