Bad drivers who sing I noticed that no matter how bad a driver is, I always forgive them if I notice they're singing. →[More:]This morning I was stuck behind a little old lady driving in both lanes at 14mph. Argh! But when I finally passed her, she was belting out a song, and instantly I wasn't annoyed any more.

I'm a pretty decent driver, and I sing and occasionally drum on the steering wheel.

Most embarrassing car singing moment: at the traffic lights, singing along at the top of my voice to the radio, one of my favourite songs*. I glanced across and saw a pickup truck with a load of blokes sitting in the back, all looking in at me, both amused and aghast.

On more than one occasion, I've thought of trying to record a couple minutes of my sing-along commutes and subjecting MetaChat to them under the guise of 'caraoke'.

I rarely get to drive, but when I do, yeah, cars are pretty much mobile karaoke machines. And the steering wheel usually takes quite a beating as well.
