Edit to your heart's content. To add yourself to the Attendees section, click on the [edit] link next to the Attendees header, copy the section at the end, between (and including) the {{ and the }}. Position your cursor on the blank line before the {{ and paste. Then edit the portion that's in all caps. I know it's not exactly intuitive; email me if you need help.

Ah, well. October's tough for me. My school frowns on taking days off in the fall, alas. I did it last year for our wedding, of course, but I caught a bit of hell for it (sit down with the Assistant Principal and a warning letter that luckily didn't go in my file; I had missed a couple other days, too, so it wasn't just that, but still). Plus, we don't know what's gonna be with Jon's work situation by then. So we'll just play it by ear. Transportation's another issue, of course, since my car is currently garaged at my mom's for the foreseeable future, with the registration/plates on hold. I'm sure you'll all have a great time, even if we can't make it, though (like you said, you can't please everyone). What's important is pinky gets to go. ; )
