Yahoo sucks. Hope me, bunnies! →[More:]

My Flickr account is going to expire in a week, and no matter what credit card I use, the payment won't go through. They tell me to contact Yahoo customer service, which apparently does not exist.

What can I do?

Do you have someone you trust with a pro account? Perhaps they can "gift" you an extension and you can pay them directly?

It says on the payments page that you can pay with PayPal, if that helps.

Did a little detective work for you.

Unfortunately Yahoo has no toll free numbers so there's no free way to contact them but I found a corporate hq number: 408-349-3300 and a billing customer support number: 408-349-5151. The hours of operation are 8a-5p M-F (Pacific). Good luck.

I think they are in the midst of changing/expanding/updating payment options, which catches you at a very bad time. Maybe check back tomorrow?

It's not on the flickr site, it's on the yahoo wallet site. Maybe.
