Doug Kershaw sold 18 million albums in the early '60's and made his network premier on The Johnny Cash Show debut in 1969. I remember seeing it and thinking that this long skinny man with the fiddle must be Satan's spawn. →[More:] He was wild and so, so, good.

I love the Kershaw, but for some silly reason my fave of his songs was Flip Flop & Fly.
