A friend of mine ran into an ex of Susannah's on the weekend - not the asshole who encouraged Susannah to do terrible things, but the nice guy she had dated for ten years.

This ex told my friend that Susannah spent six weeks in the county lock up. After she got out she could not be bonded, which barred her from working in her field, and she wasn't qualified for anything else. But she saw the jail time as a wake up call. So she got work where she could - at a trout farm - and lost 150 pounds. She's now married and seems stable. She even called this ex to apologize for how she had behaved when their relationship ended. So.. it's a case of all's well that ends well.
