OMG! Dressed-up Dogs! Cuteness or abuse? Title on page says "why dogs bite people."
Cute and abusive. I used to dress my cat in doll clothes and it was torture for the cat.

The Michael Vick case, now that's abuse. I think they found a few dozen dog corpses on his property.

That's just not fair - particularly the McDonalds one. Oh dear god. Still I did smile at the Harry Potter one, which must have gone down a storm at whatever fancy dress party or convention the kid was heading to.

That's an incredibly undignified way to treat a Weimaraner (such a noble beast). The pug shots are about right, however.

I thought the black pug as spider and the Harry Potter (didn't Hagrid name that dog Fluffy?) costumes were kind of awesome. If I saw either of those on the street I would be amused.

The only dog costuming/dressing that I understand are sweaters/coats for weather wimps. And I didn't understand that until last year when I got Lulu. Once it drops below about 50 (F) - her chihuahua part kicks in and she shivers ALL THE TIME. (Once it gets above about 72 her pug part kicks in and she's too hot.) Binky is quite a bit more weather tolerant. (I am pretty sure that Binky's mix is pug and german shepherd. There may be something else in there but those are the two that are most apparent.)

What are your plans for the weekend? || For anyone insufficiently grossed out by yesterday's centipede post....
