The was really kind of shitty of the police to give the dude in the wheelchair a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt.

Man, how could he be "unfazed by the incident"? I'd need a clean pair of undies.

My 14 year old son and I saw this on the news. My son, ever the character, paraphrased for the unfortunate young man.."Oh, no, not again." Had me in stitches for a good ten minutes.
