When Lulu clamps onto something she wants to tug. She would never just flop down to be dragged around the place. Binky has absolutely no interest in the tug of war game. He just grabs onto the object and then drops it like we're playing super close fetch.

I used to love that commercial where someone was sweeping something into a dustpan, then put the something down and it trotted away, a Pomeranian. Cracked me up every time. Can't remember the product, but I loved the commercial.
