It's Friday, and you have photos, so it must be PHOTO FRIDAY! No, I have no idea what the theme is, or if there even is one.
An old one. A scan from a Cibachrome print. If anyone wants to play with Ortonizing this, be my guest.

I took this one on Tuesday. I love it, but it has had little attention on flickr.

I've got a camera phone, and it's not very busy here. Tell me something to take a picture of.

shane had suggested a general theme of "spring," so how about that?

I'm going to cheat, though- this hibiscus bloomed on our porch over the winter:

[Not yuppieist] It's "Fall" here. (Though this was last year, or earlier).

OK, you win.

Not to pick out one above the others, but that is a cute puppy (and a great shot).

P.S. People, remember that the Flickr terms of service require that you include the link back to Flickr if you post on another web site. If you go to the "all sizes" page and scroll down, there's a convenient little box with some HTML you can copy and paste here.

My latest favorite, taken in Skagit County while visiting for the tulip festival in April.

Is anyone else planning to take part in today's ShutterClock event?

I have a red hibiscus photo too. Cut some of the flower out, but hey, I'm an amateur. It was taken a couple of weeks ago.

Kinda springy, I guess.

It's very springy! I love daffodils. The little cup part is like a mouth. If you tap it on your cheek, it's like the flower is kissing you.

These are all awesome. arse_hat, I LOVE the flower macros. Very "pop art," those.

Thanks BP. I have always loved Georgia O'Keeffe's close-up and abstract flowers. I also love colourfield work.
