I have long wanted to learn bookbinding and seeing Tedra's website gave me the kick in pants I needed to make the jump. So, last night I learned the basics of how to pull paper (it is so easy!!!), and began deeper research. I also got probably way too many books on the subjects from the library.

Well, they mentioned Salem on that web site. Even though the witch trials are a few hundred years behind us, the witch business is still really big in Salem, and it's become a destination spot for Wiccans from all over. I think I also read there are more Wiccans in the population there than anywhere else in the country.

There are a lot of bookshops and magick shops and the like - places like this and this. Last time I was there we stopped into one of the stores to check out the handmade wands, journals, powders and potions, velvet and leather pouches, etc., and the two clerks were discussing what color robes they needed to wear to their coven meeting that night.

So in short, ethylene, yes!
