Need recipe ideas for mixed seafood. I found a mexican "deli" that sells a seafood mix for $2.99 / pound. The mix is mainly octopus and mussels, but also includes shrimp, crab (both real and fake) and scallops.

That's it! It's not a salad nor has anything been added to it. They steam up new batches every morning, at noon and late afternoon, so it is as fresh as you can get (in Vegas anyway).
Now, what can I do with this? Ordinarily, I don't have a problem coming up with ideas because something like this would ordinarily be a treat and the gourmet in me kicks in. However, at this price I can eat this everyday, so I need something more in the line of common and ordinary.
The obvious is seafood salads, of course, and right now, I have a plate in front of me with fresh salsa, a splash of lime juice and fresh chopped cilantro. Tomorrow, I will make either a stir-fry or a chowder or maybe even a gumbo.
But what else? Ordinarily something like this is such a delicacy, I would pretty much eat it as is, but at this price I can almost consider it a staple.
So, toss some ideas my way, especially ethnic ideas. I have east coast (both north and south) as well as mexican covered. I think something cajun beyond the obvious would be good. Also, greek and north african? Perhaps japanese? Australian? Kiwi?
