This is great.

But...

I hate to be a bubble-burster, but it's not the firstest.

I'm fuzzy on the details, but when I lived in Austin a gay radio station started up somewhere. (Not in Austin, don't remember where. This pre-dated satellite radio and streaming internet radio too; it was an FM station. It was before 2000.) There were protests, of course, and lots of late-night TV jokes speculating on what the station would play. You know, Ricky Martin and the Indigo Girls, mostly.

These are different times, though. I think.
