It was yesterday. It was all fluffy flakes and winter wonderland, and now it's the perfect spring day.

Well, at least my city isn't the only city that spring decided to skip. It's a truly miserable day outside today. Wet, windy, rain/snowing and cold.

Unbelievably hard rain here all day. Places that almost never flood are doing so. Cold, with a cold wind sometimes. I'm glad the dog doesn't want to spend any more time outdoors than necessary. A great day for staying in,playing on the computer, and eating. 'Cept I really don't feel like cooking.

It was wonderful here in Wisconsin.

Of course, the snowstorm from last week has only just melted ....

The church I grew up in here once burned down in the middle of a blizzard. On May 1st.

Okay, I know what the problem is: the calendar is off. This is really still March. Winter came late, and is staying too long. Clearly, the calendar just needs a reset, and everything will seem normal. It's just that Julian/Gregorian thing again.
