I miss you. Yes, especially you. I'm going through a very stressful workish thing. But I want to say that I love you bunnies, dammit. And I miss the things that happen here.

That's like asking someone to pick their favorite child, in which case, i'd say the subtle and complex one.

Hey Sass. I miss you too, plus everyone else since I'm not around a whole lot these days either, though I did go to Claudia's excellent meetup yesterday. And I'm especially sorry we didn't get to hang out in TO after all. But I'LL BE BACK.

Cheese? Oh gosh. I agree with eth. I typically like swiss as a default favorite, but the other week I had some amazing mozarella, so now I'm not so sure.

Since I cannot possibly choose a "best" cheese, I will tell you that my least favorite is Morbier - a fine little cheese that is absolutely ruined by a thin layer of vegetable ash added, presumably, to make it taste like death.

Via, really good mozzarella transcends categorization as cheese! It is a gift to us, from buffalo. :)
