Question: When to hold your ground. I gots a quesiton for y'all So the company I work for wants me to move to the East Coast to work out of their HQ. I was talking about the move and I mentioned them paying for the move and got a cool response. My current home is in Europe.

So, do I hold tight to this point? I like the company and I think it have great growth in the future and I *could* afford to move on my own. But they want me to move so I think they should pay for it. Or is this an unreasonable request?
I could stay in Europe and work for a NGO or some other company but I like working for a small company.
Please hope me!
