Good Eats Squirrel goodness, powered by the energy of mayo and buckshot.
I should have saved this for Mother's Day, but you never know how long mother will last.
Blame Eideteker.
Like Vivian Merchant's gussying up her pigs' feet dinner for her husband by calling it pieds de porc in Hitchcock's "Frenzy," perhaps this dish should be renamed Noix-pirates fondus or some such.

("nut pirate" is my favorite euphemism for skwirl)

I waited all day to view this classic of cuisine and I must say, it did not disappoint. Squirrel melts! Squirrel Salad! Mmmmm good!
