Subtitled hymn on Songs of Praise. I think it's great that they do this so the deaf viewers can enjoy the singing too.

That's pretty cool. My dad is an organist and choir master and I generally have *no fucking idea* what they're on about, other than it's probably about God or something. It's the same with Opera: if you translate the libretto, what you're generally left with is absolute tripe; but because it's sung in Italian, it sounds deeply profound.

Meh.
