Sometimes it's a wrong statute being cited, sometimes a misplaced comma that makes the difference of millions of dollars.

If I had my tinfoil hat with me, I'd suspect Mr. Anderson had some friends in high DOJ places; let's see who he may have made political contributions to. Still, he has a few more years to spend in a country-club rape-free prison before he can really enjoy his ill-gotten gains.
