Some large scans of photos of computers back in the day when you could walk around inside them.

Speaking as a longtime computer/network tech, being able to walk around inside a computer would be really, really cool.

No, no, I just mean because I wouldn't cramp my wrist and get a cut on the inside of my thumb.

Avi Abrams found a shot of the Cray-1's internal wiring (courtesy of Danny Silverman). If you thought current setups were overly involved, it was nothin' compared to the old days.

BTW, someone on eBay is auctioning a partial shell of a YMP series unit, as surplus from Los Alamos labs.
