Chutzpah! Step 1: Buy beautiful 380-year-old Kyoto inn (ryokan)
Step 2: Knock it down and put up condominium
Step 3: Use photographs of inn to sell condos
This is my neighborhood.

Astounding. Add a link to some photos of the condo as it really exists and you could submit this to BoingBoing or something.

Yeah, well, you have to choose your battles. The Inn is already gone. The elderly owners sold out, it would seem.
