Three point weekend update? Going to see 300 this evening! Weeeeee!!!
Have to go into office on the weekend, to cover some leftover work.
Plan to spend some time with the family, and catch up on some tv if I can in between.
Sorry! Forgot the darn MI Tag!!

1: Get rid of hangover from meetup
2: Continue cursing Mac Book for developing some serious screen flicker in the last week
3: See Pans Labyrinth tonight at cool local theatre (converted sandstone-built church dating back to the early 1800s)

bonus:

4: Definitely go out running tomorrow
5: Sort out Mother's Day present of some description for fear of my dad phoning tomorrow and accusing me of forgetting. Again.

Don't buy those non-fair trade flowers whatever you do.
I'm going to the same movie and then to dinner in a Dim Sum place. It's Paddy's day!!!!
Tomorrow I'm embarrassed to say I'm taking my little son to see Leona & the other X Factor people in Brighton ( I heard it's awful, what can I say, he really likes it!!) I have to then take a train from Brighton to London for a week of interviews, that is if the interviewers turn up. People are marching today in London to stop the whople process. I'd love the week off to be frank cos I'm still working now.
Did I mention it's Paddy's Day?
It must be against some employment law to work my national holiday (somewhere in the world??)

1. Cook lots of good food and eat it.
2. Add one more book shelf to our collection and reorganize all the DVD's and video games.
3. Snuggle.

Was it good? I took a little "nap" at about 5pm and work up 5.5 hours later, and missed the entire thing. It's on again tomorrow night, but it's mother's day and I'll get shot if I'm not at my parents' place. *curses over indulgence from the previous 2 nights*

this weekend I am the embodiment of Laziness. I took off my pyjamas, but that's it pretty much. I am not even counting 3 points.

Don, I cannot believe you missed Pan's Labyrinth! Take your mom there tomorrow (hehehe).

Tomorrow is mother's day? For all mothers? You sure? them toddlers are trying to stiff me I think.

I saw 300 yesterday at an awesome theater in Bangkok to escape the heat. Big plush leather recliners with blanket and pillow. The seats are grouped in twos and set off from each other, probably not more than 50 people in a full sized screen theater. There was a lounge to wait for the film to start. You order the snacks from a menu and a person brings it to your seat. Costs more than a regular seat, but it much more civilized.

The movie was OK. But after a while I was like "I get it! Yes, outnumbered but the Spartans were kicking ass." An hour later more of the same. The boobies were pixelated out though.

carmina: I had what one of my brothers described as "jetlag through drinking" - I ended up staying awake until 4.30 this morning, grabbing 3 hours sleep and then getting up. It's mothers day in the UK - I think it's in May in the States?

This week I will *not* drink until Saturday. Absolutely no mid-week drinking for me.

Friday isn't mid-week drinking!
