Now that is a bummer, eth. I nearly ranted about my frustrations (kids that need naps but refuse to pass out) but they have both gone down and I have some blissful peace and quiet right now. And I've been enjoying the Ninja Warrior (crazy ass hard obstacle course show) marathon on G4.

Hopefully your laptop isn't dead, its just gone into a short coma. At the worst, you can pull the hard drive and put it in an external enclosure to pull your info off of it.
