I had a cat when I was little who actually loved getting in the bathtub. She'd perch on the edge of the tub when anyone was taking a bath and without fail would jump in at some point during the bath taking and swim a couple laps and jump out.

The only time I've ever actually given a cat a bath was when I was little and brought home some flea-infested kitten. My mom could NEVER say no to me dragging a kitten home. And it happened quite a lot.

I distinctly remember the day I came home from school and discovered that my roommates had bathed my cat. In a soap especially for washing woollens. She was lavender scented.

(I called poison control just to make sure she wasn't going to get sick from licking herself, but they had rinsed her well. So after that it was very funny.)

Lance has lately smelled of vinegar. I fear a bath in his future.

I especially like the one pic of the cat who isn't pissed. He's staring into the camera as if to say, "Wot?!?"

I like that one, too, Frisbee Girl. He's calmly standing in the water with tub toys all around. Not like my cats. I bathe them as infrequently as possible. The last time I gave a cat a bath it was our new kitten, for fleas. Poor thing avoided me like the plague - I also took her for blood tests, and had to shove medicine down her throat twice a day for her respiratory infection.

I prefer the other kind of wet pussy.
