So what does one do for dizziness? I assume this is sinus related. It bothered me some yesterday and is getting terrible today. I took an allergy pill and it seemingly did nothing at all, so that's out. I am getting tired of feeling like I am falling every time I walk a few feet.

IANADBIDHE. It may very well be an ear infection, or some other ear thing. I get insanely dizzy occasionally when I fast - the room spins and I fee nauseated. Supposedly it's from toxins in the bloodstream.

Meclazine. You can buy it over the counter but you have to ask the pharmacist where it is. I used to get terrible dizzy spells that lasted weeks - meclazine is the stuff.

oh, i have some of that. i have no idea when i got it (probably when i had my smashed hand a couple years back because the pain meds made me feel sick) but i'll go take one. i didn't know it helped dizziness. yay.

You have a middle ear infection, probably. The only thing you can do is get plenty of rest, try mygoth's suggestion, and (this is really really important) keep your ears warm.
