Today is the only day of the year that is a command: "March forth!" Or so folks are fond of saying... But isn't every day in March a command? "March first!" and so on...

The reason I can remember 2 people's birthdays. Don't forget Napoleon./ Was it he whom quoted that line¿
Here's an interesting reason why March forth is good enough to have a good march forth.

I didn't know the Constitution went into effect on this date.
