My personal blog suddenly no longer shows up as the #1 result on Google (the .com variety, at least) for the query "gnfti".

Somehow it's been superseded by the tag page for "gnfti" on MeFi Music, the gnfti playlist ibid, my Last.FM, my del.icio.us, a MeCha Radio thread and the MeTa thread about the "matthewchen is spamming" and "requiem for blink" songs, respectively. What gives?

Not that I'm worried about people not finding my blog or anything, it's mostly that I can't just type it in in Firefox and be directed to gnfti.com anymore. :)

One might wonder, if they know to type gnfti into a search engine, why not type it into the address bar and go straight to the webpage? But I realize not everyone is as computer savvy as us.

Clearly you need more links to gnfti from others! (I can only assume all your profiles on all these high traffic sites also link to gnfti.com).

It is an interesting issue with all the tagging that goes on, especially if you have a username you use consistently that also matches with such a tag.

Also, if you weren't so darn talented with the music or prolific online...
