Britney Shears! New picture! →[More:]Whilst being sheared at a sheep show in Devon, Britney the three-year-old Dorset Down sheep wriggled free from her shearer and refused to come back so he could finish the job.

"She's a naughty girl. She ran away and then turned and poked her tongue out at people when they started taking her picture" said farm hand Sarah Payne.

Heh.

I would guess that's where she struggled to get away, BtGoG. When I was a kid in Australia we had a pet sheep named Sugar and I remember how skilled the shearer was (using hand clippers) at removing her fleece without a single nick in her skin. I understand it's rare for an experienced shearer to nick a sheep.

Dammit, now I've got the Aussie sheep-shearing song in my head.

"Click go the shears, boys, click, click, click ..."
